If all in order, J.B. Pardiwala J shall retire as Chief Justice of India No. 57 on 11/08/2030. Amongst present CJs of HCs, none can be CJI No. 58 after Pardiwala J. CJs of Madras, Rajashtan, Jharkhand and Tripura shall retire soon. Senior-Most in those HCs after respective CJs [M. Duraiswamy J (22.09.1960); Manindra Mohan Shrivastava J (06.03.1964); Aparesh Kumar Singh J (07.07.1965); T. Amarnath Goud J (01.03.1965)] won’t be a CJI too.
