The price of Sushil Ansal’s ‘Chalta Hai Attitude’ was pegged at Rs. 30 Crores [(2015) 10 SCC 359]. That is merely 18 Crores more than what a Medically Negligent Hospital was ordered to pay in (2014) 1 SCC 384 for 1 death. Uphaar Cinema Tragedy: 59 died, never to forget 100s who were injured.

SC recently, on February 09, 2017 [Review Petition (Criminal) Nos. 712-714 of 2015], through Ranjan Gogoi, Kurian Joseph and A.K. Goel JJ, refused a prayer for review of sentence of imprisonment. There was regard to advance age related complications.
